The Laurels is an elegant and imposing stone and slate mid-Victorian family home, located just to the West of the medieval Town centre, and next to Offa's Dyke earthworks.
Jo andd Michael are your hosts. We have lived in Knighton since moving here in 2015.
We offer informal homestay hospitality breaks for ramblers, vistors to the town and, with notice, can accommodate well-behaved dogs.
We have two letting rooms: one double, one twin, both with excellent views to the North and South, respectively. There is a large private garden behind the house, which our guests are welcome to use.
Breakfast is served in our Guest Lounge- Full cooked (vegetarian or otherwise), cereals, juices, toast etc. Or just have a fresh egg or two from our free-range chickens!
Visitors are welcome to relax in the lounge at any time during their stay, with lovely garden aspect, a comfortable sofa and TV.
There is an elegant Guest Bathroom (not en-suite) with roll-top bath and a walk-in shower with ample hot water.
Two large rooms - one double, one twin. Both Rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, bedlinen, towels etc

Our back garden is a lovely place to sit out in and relax, with views of the Radnorshire and Shropshire Hills all around. Here’s our friend and frequent visitor, Mark, an opera singer!
